Purpose: The Information and Referral and Follow-up Program and the Welcome Center at Building 600 are here to provide our service and Family members with a wide range of resources both on and off JBER. This program provides easily accessible information to assist service and Family members. The staff will assess the information provided and make referrals to appropriate resources and agencies, as well as follow up in complex cases needing further assistance.

Services include:

Command and unit support and assistance
Comprehensive information on all Army Community Service programs
Comprehensive state and local community information, national and local outreach programs, public and private resources services, and access to an index of volunteer agencies and organizations.
Client advocacy and connectivity to appropriate agencies and resources.
Maps and directions to other facilities and communities.
Access to copy, facsimile, and digital sender equipment for the purpose of in-and-out processing of the installation.
