Online patron account access - renew items, place holds, and check availability at the push of a button! A computer lab with 10 PCs with CAC Readers, printers (10 pages/day), and scanners.
Language Development: Transparent Language and Rosetta Stone, and Mango.
Inter-Library Loan Service: This is a collaborative "Free to Community" service. Request books from other Libraries. It takes up to four weeks to receive items. We are unable to request textbooks or audiovisual .
We carry:
Testing study materials (CLEP, DSST, ASVAB, SAT, ACT, GRE, GED, IAW, Praxis, Officer Candidate, Military Flight Aptitude), an arctic collection, Spanish books, and children's, juvenile, young adult, and adult sections (fiction and non- fiction books), seven daily subscriptions to newpapers, and magazines. Additionally, we offer a well maintained professional Military Reading Section.
Our digtial collection includes an extensive DVD collection, audiobooks, CDs, video games (XBOX 360, PS3, Wii), Playaways, and Dial-a-story. What is a Playaway? Also be sure to check out our Tumble Books. Lastly, our online databases include: AKO, Military OneSource, Alaskan, and O.
