SFAC Objectives

Provide a warm friendly environment where Warriors and Families can feel comfortable, receive mutual support and exceptional customer service. Streamline and connect Warriors and their families to essential services.

Promote activities that encourage physical, emotional, educational and vocational wellness The SFAC is here for you...

The Army has a wide range of programs to help support Warrior Transition Unit (WTU) Soldiers and their Families. The SFAC can help navigate these programs by providing accurate information and coordinating referrals to the right people at the right agencies to help make the system work for you. Many times, simply having information made available can help to reduce anxious feelings and spur a plan of action for making things better for you and your Family.

The SFAC maintains a wealth of information on services and programs available in the military and civilian communities. SFAC personnel are available to research additional resources on an as-needed basis to help find resources that may help to suit your individual needs. The SFAC provides tailored integrated support services for the Warrior in Transition (WIT) Soldiers and their Families. The SFAC is to act as a liaison between the specific Supporting Community Agencies and the WTU and Family members.

Vision: A strong, integrated WTU-SFAC partnership that works collaboratively to identify and meet the needs of the WTU community and promote healing and wellness. Mission: Improve the quality of life of WTU Soldiers and their Families by providing tailored, integrated support services to all of our clients.
